"Good colour. More intense in the middle but more evolved at the rim than the 1979. More evolved on the nose as well, but richer and more concentrated. Good depth here. Fullish, ample ripe tannins. Very good concentration. This will still improve. Very good grip. Fine plus. Very lovely fruit. Very complex. Marvellous finish."
