After
taking over the direction of the domain, May Eliane de Lencquesaing
undertook an ambitious renovation program.
The
project, which took a period of twelve years to complete, had
a very clear objective:
to bring the Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande
up to date in terms of technology, while respecting the spirit
of tradition that had always driven the domain.
An investment plan of 55 million Francs financed the renaissance.
