Gildas dOllone then gave a short exposé on the commercial
strategy of the domain, after which the guests were invited to a buffet
lunch held in tents in the garden. At this luncheon the 89 and 82
vintages were served. The structure and youth of these wines reminded
everyone that the great Pauillacs were very close by.
